1. Event Access:

   • Registration is valid for one participant only.

   • Access details (webinar link, credentials) will be shared via email/WhatsApp at least 24 hours prior to the event.

2. Usage Restrictions:

   • Participants are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing the session without prior written consent from Tivala Holdings Pvt. Ltd.

   • The event is strictly for educational purposes and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

3. Changes & Cancellations:

   • Organizers reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the webinar.

   • In case of cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be processed.

4. Code of Conduct:

   • Participants are expected to maintain respectful communication.

   • Any misconduct may result in removal without refund.

🔒 Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection:

   • We collect your name, email, phone number, and payment details solely for the purpose of registration and communication.

2. Data Usage:

   • Your information will be used to share event details, updates, and relevant communication from Tivala Holdings.

   • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except service providers essential for event operations (e.g., payment gateway, webinar hosting).

3. Data Security:

   • All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

   • We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information.

4. Consent:

   • By registering, you consent to receiving communications related to the event and future updates from Tivala Holdings.

💰 Refund Policy

1. Eligibility:

   • Refund requests must be raised at least 72 hours before the scheduled event date.

   • Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance or technical issues at the participant’s end.

2. Organizer Cancellation:

   • In the unlikely event that the webinar is canceled or rescheduled by Tivala Holdings, participants will be eligible for a full refund or free transfer to the next session.

3. Processing Time:

   • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable:

   • Registration fees are non-refundable for requests made less than 72 hours before the event.
